Rita Trehan to join discussion panel at Onrec 2015 conferenceOctober 19, 2015
Rita Trehan, business transformation specialist and chief capacity officer at Rita Trehan LLC, will play a leading role at Onrec 2015, the Online Recruitment Conference & Exhibition in London on Tuesday 20 October 2015.
Rita will be a part of the discussion panel, a late afternoon session where she’ll give her take on the topics raised during the day. Building on her extensive experience as a global HR leader at Honeywell and The AES Corporation, where she led change management initiatives in more than 30 countries, she is now helping companies navigate the changes of the workplace and its impact on people. Rita’s varying and vast expertise will provide a fascinating insight into the conference.
Onrec will examine how the UK recruitment industry is responding to a changing economy. Specialists in employer branding, recruitment advertising, talent spotting and social media are just a few of the event’s 12 expert speakers and panellists.
The discussion panel will be chaired by Matt Alder, digital strategist, technologist, consultant, HR and recruitment marketing expert at Metashift. Rita will also be joined by Mark Kieve, chief executive at The Internet Corporation Ltd and Eunice Clements-Tweedie, head of talent resourcing at Kerry Foods.
Designed for global HR directors and managers, inhouse recruiters, brand managers and the recruitment profession, Onrec is a great opportunity to get up to speed on the latest trends and thinking in online recruitment.
Delegates at previous Onrec events include HR and recruitment professionals from Shell, Deloitte, the Guardian, the BBC, Specsavers, Arsenal Football Club, Barclays and Ford Motor Company.
Looking forward to this year’s event, Rita said: “The Onrec 2015 agenda is packed with sessions that will help businesses large and small get more out of online recruiting. I’m really looking forward hearing what these great speakers have to say – and sharing my thoughts in the discussion panel.”
For the past two years, Rita has used her extensive experience to help organisations rethink business models. From profitable ways to launch business units around the world to inspired means of measuring performance, she consistently helps organisations improve top line growth while also finding ways to improve the bottom line. She has been consistently recognised for her thought leadership, being ranked in the top 75 HR leaders by ExecRank in 2012 and in 2015 was awarded a Silver Stevie Award for Best International Start-up.
She is also a finalist in the 2015 Women in Business, Stevie Awards where she is nominated for the Most Innovative Company of the Year and Start-Up of the Year for using HR Expertise and Practices to Foster Transformation and Enhance Capacity.
